Junior (2021): Indoor season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 Pandemic… Competed in three meets for the Lakers during the outdoor season… Ran a personal-best time of 5:51.04 in the 1,500 meter distance at the GVSU Al Owens Classic... Named to the 2021 GLIAC Winter All-Academic Excellence Team... Named to the 2021 GLIAC Spring All-Academic Excellence Team.

Sophomore (2019-20): Competed in four meets for the Lakers during the indoor season... Outdoor season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 Pandemic... At the GVSU Tune Up ran a season-best 12:15.28 in the 3000-meter run to place 19th... Named to the 2019-20 GLIAC Winter All-Academic Excellence Team... Named to the 2020 GLIAC Spring All-Academic Excellence Team.

Freshman (2018-19): First collegiate meet ran a 5:54.22 in the One-mile run in the SVSU Holiday Open...Finished eighth in the 4X400-meter dash with a time of 4:24.84...Ran a personal-best time of 20:31.60 in the 5,000 meter run at the 2019 GLIAC Outdoor Championships.   

High School: Graduated from Lutheran High North in 2018...Played basketball for one year, and ran track and cross country all four years....Won county champs for both cross country and track all four years...Captain of cross country and track team during junior and senior year...Named all-conference and all-region captain senior season.

Personal: Daughter of Robert and Lynn Bell...Has one sister, Emma...Studied abroad to London and Paris during high school.
