DEEPHAVEN, Minn. - Sasha Teleguine (North Attleborough, Mass.) has been selected as the CCHA Forward of the Week, as announced by the league office on Monday.

Teleguine provided plenty of offense in the Lakers' weekend split with Bemidji State, including a hat trick on Saturday, the first Laker hat trick since Jared Westcott accomplished the feat at St. Lawrence last season. Of his four weekend tallies, two came on the power play while another was shorthanded. Then, for his fourth goal of the series, he was able to lift the puck up and over the goaltender for what eventually became the game-winner on Saturday.

Teleguine and the Lakers return to action on Friday, Dec. 13 at Minnesota State for a battle between the top two teams in the league standings with puck drop for game one scheduled for 7:07 p.m. Central Time.
