The LSSU Track & Field program is excited to welcome Pat Theut as a Consultant, working primarily with our pole vaulters. Mr. Theut enters his 58th year of coaching, and has worked with successful athletes at the high school, college, and international levels. Among his current or former athletes are several Olympians and participants in National and World Championships, including the current US Pole Vault Champion. 

"Coach Theut will be an amazing resource not only for our pole vault group, but for the entire program, as we will be able to draw on his experience and expertise to enhance our work with all of our athletes," said Head Coach Matt Stith.
