High School: Played four years under Head Coach Stephan Wilkinson for the Morenci High School Bulldogs in the Tri-County Conference... Competed in the shot put and discus events... Set school records in discus for a freshman (103'3) and discus overall (149'0)... Named 'Most Improved' and received All-County and All-State honors in 2021... Named MVP while also receiving All-State and Academic All-State honors in both shot put and discus in 2022... Male Track and Field County Performer of the Year... Also competed in football, basketball, powerlifting, and baseball... Was a member of FCA, Volunteer Club, and Geckos Club.
Personal: Son of Jay and Kerry Nieman... Enjoys hunting and fishing... Majoring in robotic engineering.
