Rodenworth enters his second season as a volunteer assistant coach, and he brings 15 years of experience as a golf professional with him to the Lakers, including currently serving as a Professional Golf Association certified golf instructor at Tanglewood Marsh Golf Club in Sault Ste. Marie, Mich.

Rodenroth moved to the Soo in 2020 after working as a golf professional in Jupiter, Fla. with the South Florida PGA.

In addition to his service as a golf professional, Rodenworth also works as a sales consultant at Rodenroth Motors.
