Max Robert joined Lake Superior State in October of 2025 after two years with the Soo Greyhounds of the OHL. He arrives at LSSU with a proven reputation for building community relationships, driving revenue and brand-building.

In his role at Lake State, Robert oversees all group tickets and corporate sponsorships, working with local business partners to maximize their exposure through LSSU's Athletics programs while driving revenue for the university. He also works in major roles within the Norris Center ticket office, a key interaction space for fans engaging with Laker Athletics. He also provides support to LSSU's athletics programs in ways that drive recruiting, brand awareness and new opportunities in the evolving NCAA landscape.

With the Greyhounds, Robert was the Manager of Ticket Sales and Corporate Partnerships, tasked with group sales, box office, suites, pricing, and promotional packages. He also managed multiple corporate and small business partnerships for the team, bringing in new revenue and building relationships with community businesses that supported the team.

A 2023 graduate of Laurentian University in Sudbury, ON, Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Sports Administration. He's a Sault Sainte Marie, ON native, attended St. Mary's College and grew up in the local hockey scene.
