Box Score HOUGHTON - Lake Superior State began its season-ending Upper
Peninsula road trip with a 3-0 loss at Michigan Tech on Friday.
MTU (11-19 overall, 6-11 Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic
Conference) defeated LSSU, 25-19, 25-17, 25-19.
Emily Snyder totaled eight kills, and Gabrielle Olsen and Nikki
Stratelak had seven each to lead the Lakers (4-24 overall, 1-16
GLIAC). MaryLou Drobish totaled 21 assists, while Katie Fitzpatrick
had nine. Meghan Drobish led the Lakers in digs with 18, followed
by Stratelak with 11.
Sylvie Rokosh and Kienna Sharp led MTU in kills with nine
each.
LSSU plays its final match of the season Saturday at Northern
Michigan.
