UNIVERSITY CENTER - Brooke Williams totaled seven kills and Sydne McMullen had a .273 attack percentage to lead Lake Superior State during Friday's 25-16, 25-13, 25-17 volleyball loss at Saginaw Valley State.

Janelle Nagy totaled 19 assists, and Meghan Drobish had 14 digs.

Kelsey Ferla and Kaylee Schmitt lead SVSU (12-8 overall, 8-4 Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference) with 11 kills each.

LSSU fell to 2-18 overall and 1-11 in the GLIAC. The Lakers play at Wayne State at 4 p.m. Saturday.
