SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. - Hunter Soper (Lexington, Mich.) has been named the GLIAC Defensive Player of the Week for the third week in a row, as announced by the league office on Monday.
Soper continued to be key to the Lakers' success on the defensive end of the floor, notching 4 steals, 2 blocks, and 9 rebounds in LSSU's 53-49 victory over No. 4 Minnesota-Duluth.
