Lake Superior State today unveiled its promotions for the 2025-26 college basketball season, along with season ticket details.
Laker Men's Basketball celebrates the historic 2024-25 team by raising a new banner and holding a ring ceremony prior to the home opener against Lawrence Tech on Saturday, November 29
th. Tip-off is set for 3:00 PM at the Bud Cooper Gymnasium.
Women's Basketball opens its home schedule on Friday, November 14
th against Findlay University. LSSU hosts five women's basketball games over a ten days span, with regional rivals Northwood, Tiffin, Hillsdale and Malone also coming to Sault Ste. Marie.
Monday, December 15
th, the Lakers host Walsh on Education Day, with area schools packing the Bud Cooper Gym.
A massive late-season GLIAC showdown brings Ferris State to the Bud Cooper Gym for Monday Night Basketball. Two of the league's top teams that deliver some of the league's best games of the season square off for a Monday night doubleheader on February 16
th.
Throughout the month of February, the Lakers celebrate people we appreciate in our community. Thursday, February 12
th, LSSU hosts Military Appreciation Night during its GLIAC doubleheader against Saginaw Valley State, with colors presented by the VFW.
The Lakers host Fan Appreciation Night during the GLIAC doubleheader with Davenport, Thursday, February 19
th. And on Saturday, February 21
st, Laker Basketball hosts Senior Day, an annual recognition of the program's outgoing seniors and returning alumni.

Season ticket packages cost $145.00 for Adults, $125.00 for Seniors and $55.00 for Children.
Single-game tickets cost $12.00 for Adults, $9.00 for Seniors and $6.00 for Children. Group ticket packages of ten or more cost $5.00 per ticket.
