Lake Superior State traveled west to Marquette, MI to face the Wildcats in the final meet before GLIAC Championships in February.
Fedor Mironov added another win for the program, taking the 50 Yard Butterfly with a time of 22.91.
Lucas Bradley finished second at 25.74 seconds, while
Hudson VanOstenberg finished third at 27.51.
The Lakers swam well in the Mixed 200 Yard Freestyle Relay event. Mironov swam the first leg in 21.51, with
Mitar Sarkovic swimming the second leg in 22.23.
Andrea Ayuso Mendez took the third leg, finishing in 26.11, while
Ivy Delo anchored in 26.52, for a combined time of 1:36.37 and a second place finish.
Ayuso Mendez swam the 500 Yard Freestyle for LSSU, finishing in 5:32.93.
LSSU heads to the GLIAC Championships from February 6th through 9th in Holland, MI.
