Chloe Watson scored 14 points from the bench for LSSU against the Rangers (6-7, 1-4 GLIAC). The junior knocked down a pair of three-pointers as well.
Seyyane Matthew nearly recorded a double-double, scoring 10 points and snatching eight rebounds. The first-year forward continues to post solid statistical lines, bothering the opposition with her combination of length, skill and agility around the rim.
The Lakers hit 20 free throws in the game, showing their ability to get to the line with regularity and convert.
