Biography

The greatest rebounder in the history of Lake Superior State Basketball, Bradford surpassed Hall of Famer Marti Wallace's school record of 1,000 with a rebound against Michigan Tech on 2/5/26. Bradford set the new mark at 1,078 career rebounds, averaging 9.8 per game across her four years with LSSU. She also scored 1,489 points for a career average of 13.5 per contest. Additionally, she stole the ball 135 times in her career.

At the time of her graduation from Lake State, Bradford is 7th in total points, 1st in total rebounds, 2nd in steals, and 5th in blocked shots. 

In a single season, she's 2nd in rebounds (294 - 2023-24), tied for 3rd (278 - 2025-26), tied for 10th (256 - 2022-23); 5th in steals (42 - 2025-26), tied for 8th (36 - 2023-24); 10th in blocked shots (24 - 2024-25). She led her team in scoring and rebounding in 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26. GLIAC Freshman of the Year in 2022-23, Second Team All-GLIAC in 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26.

Senior (2025-26): Appeared and started in all 29 games for the Lakers... Made Lakers history snagging her 1,001st rebound to beat the all-time record for rebounds in a career... Averaged 15 points, 9.6 rebounds and 2.4 assists in 33.4 minutes per game... All-GLIAC Second Team and Academic All-GLIAC Team... Scored 16 points and secured a career-high 22 rebounds against Walsh on 12/15/25... That came one game after a 16 point, 18 rebound outing at Davenport on 12/6/25... Secured 13 rebounds on 12/18 against UIS, then 10 at Upper Iowa on 12/20... 10+ rebounds in five straight games from late January through mid-February... 10+ rebounds in 14 games during the season... Scored 24 points with 10 boards against SVSU on 2/12/26...

Junior (2024-25): Played in 28 games for the Lakers... Posted season highs of 29 points (2/1/25 vs Roosevelt), 16 rebounds (twice), 6 assists, and 3 blocks (twice)... Demolished Walsh with 25 points on 11-of-17 shooting with eight rebounds on 11/23/24... Hammered Upper Iowa with 27 points on 10-of-18 shooting and 10 rebounds on 12/21/24... Named GLIAC Player of the Week on November 25, 2024... Earned All-GLIAC Second Team... Selected to the Academic All-GLIAC Team.

Sophomore (2023-24): Appeared in and started all 27 games for the Lakers... Finished the regular season as the top rebounder in the Midwest Region, averaging 10.89 per contest... Selected to the All-GLIAC Second Team and GLIAC All-Defensive Team... Named the GLIAC Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week for week 7 and was named Defensive Player of the Week again in week 14... Posted 13 double-doubles... Reached 500 career rebounds with a career-best 21 at Davenport on Feb. 22, 2024... Recorded 333 points, 294 rebounds (second most in a season in program history), 38 assists, 36 steals, and 12 blocks on the season. 

Freshman (2022-23): Played in all 26 games for the Lakers, starting 25... Named the 2023 GLIAC Women's Basketball Freshman of the Year... Averaged 12.4 points while shooting 40.9 percent from the field and 75.8 percent from the free throw line... Reached double-digit scoring on 16 occasions... Totaled 321 points, 256 rebounds, and 23 assists... Ranked first on the team in steals, second in rebounds, and third in scoring.

High School: Competed for the Glen Lake Lakers in the Northwest Conference where her father served as the head coach... Four-time conference champion... Regional Finalist... Regional Champion... Quarterfinalst... Three-time District Champion... State Semi-Finalist... Team Academic All-State... Team Sportsmanship Award... Seventh place three-point percentage in the BCAM... Ranked fith in BCAM in three-point shooting and eighth in free throws in 2020... Captain from 2018-22... All-Conference from 2018-22... 2019 All-State Honorable Mention... Three-time First Team All-State... 2022 Player of the Year... Also competed in volleyball and track... Participated in NHS, Big Pals, Student Council, and Labs.

Personal: Daughter of Jason and Jaclyn Bradford... Father served as high school head coach... Has four siblings, including younger sister Maddie who also plays for the Lakers... Enjoys gardening, boating, and sports with her family... Also enjoys beach days, baking, art, taking her dog on hikes, being outdoors, and hanging out with friends and family... Majoring in nursing.
