Women's Basketball Team Camp

Camp season begins with the Women's Basketball Team Camp, June 13th and 14th. It's open to all high school JV and Varsity teams ready to compete and set the tone for their season. Team Camp is where preparation meets competition. Expect high-energy, up-and-down action with structured games that give your team real, meaningful reps. This is the perfect opportunity to build chemistry, sharpen execution, test lineups, and grow together in a competitive, organized environment.

Bring your system. Bring your toughness. Bring your team.

Cost is $400 per team, and all participants receive a camp t-shirt.

Each camper will be required to complete medical paperwork prior to participation.

There is also an optional overnight stay in the LSSU dorms for teams traveling to camp. The cost is $35 per person, with an additional $10 fee for linens if needed. Coaches interested in overnight accommodations must contact Alix Carter at 567-868-6461 by May 30 to confirm arrangements.

Women's Basketball 7th & 8th Grade Skills Camp

This camp is for girls entering 7th–8th grade who are ready to bring the energy and level UP.

Get ready for fast-paced drills, competitive games, and tons of reps designed to help you play stronger, quicker, and smarter. The LSSU coaching staff and players will help campers tighten their handle, attack the glass, lock in defensively, and build the kind of confidence that shows up in big moments.

Campers will also get the chance to hang out with our Lake Superior State players, learn from them on and off the court, and see what it takes to play at the college level. It's a great way to start the week, build relationships, and get in the gym before our Kids Camp (which campers are still invited to attend as well).

Expect high energy, friendly competition, and a gym full of athletes pushing each other to get better. This is where fundamentals meet fire.

Cost is $75 per camper.

Women's Basketball Kids Camp

This camp is the perfect place for girls entering 2nd–8th grade to learn, grow, and fall even more in love with basketball! Campers will be coached and mentored by LSSU women's basketball players and staff, creating a fun, energetic environment where young athletes can build confidence and skills.

We'll cover all the fundamentals (dribbling, passing, shooting, rebounding, defense, etc.), through exciting stations, competitive games and contests that keep the energy high all day long.

This isn't just about learning the game, it's about building friendships, confidence, and a passion for basketball that lasts.

Camper drop off at 9:30 AM. Camp runs from 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Cost is $200 per camper, or $250 with lunch included.

Women's Basketball Elite Camp

This high-energy camp is built for girls entering grades 9–12 who are ready to compete, improve, and separate themselves. Whether you're a guard looking to tighten your handle and extend your range or a post ready to dominate the paint, you'll get position-specific skill work, competitive drills, and game reps that translate directly to real game situations.

We're not just training skills, we're building leaders. Campers will focus on the intangibles that college coaches love: communication, toughness, confidence, and decision-making under pressure. If you want to stand out, this is where it starts.

Cost is $50 with lunch provided.

Registration opens at 9:00 AM on August 16. Camp runs from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
