Recorded double doubles against Ashland (1/22) and Northern Michigan (2/10), including a career-high 12 rebounds during a 57-43 victory over the Wildcats... Led the Lakers in rebounds (5.6) and finished second on the team in field-goal percentage (.514)... Currently ranked ninth in career field-goal percentage (.528)... Prep: Averaged 10.0 points and 13.1 rebounds per game to help lead Romulus High School to a 21-6 record in 2008-09... Totaled 19 points and 15 rebounds in a 74-73 loss to 2009 Class A state champion Detroit Pershing.. .Averaged 18 rebounds per game in the Michigan High School Athletic Association tournament... Earned All-Detroit Metro and All-Mega Red Conference honors... Was named his team’s most-improved player as a senior... Also lettered and earned all-academic honors in football...
