Biography

Junior (2016-17): Earned American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) All-American Scholar recognition ... Was a LSSU assistant captain ... Played in all 36 Laker games ... Registered a team 11th-most tying six assists and his 66 blocked shots ranked second most among the Lakers' season leaders ... Produced eight points (1-7=8) to go along with a squad second-highest 52 blocked shots in 28 WCHA matchups ... Garnered five points (1-4=5) in 16 home contests ... Earned a point in eight games, which included his only goal of the season on a power-play lamplighter versus Alaska Anchorage (2/11) ... Turned in a season-best plus three efficiency rating and an assist at Alaska (2/18) ... Received an assist apiece at Alabama-Huntsville (10/21), against Alaska (10/29), at Bemidji State (12/10), against Alabama-Huntsville (1/20-21), at Alaska (2/18), and versus Ferris State (2/24) ... Freshman (2014-15): Picked up his first point as a Laker and first multi-point game with two assists in a 3-2 loss to Alaska Anchorage (10/31)... Scored his first career goal during a 3-2 overtime-victory over Alaska Anchorage (11/01)...Earned WCHA Rookie of the Week honors by helping to anchor the top defensive unit that allowed just one goal over two games of the Florida College Classic ... Blocked 10 shots at Florida College Classic while averaging more than 26 minutes of ice time ... Played a key role on both ends of the ice in the Lakers' 2-1, Championship Game victory over Notre Dame (12/29) and assisted on LSSU's tournament-winning goal ... Finished second on the team in blocked shots with 42... Appeared in all 38 games.
