Senior (2013-14): Captained Lake Superior State during his senior season and played in 26 games. Blocked 43 shots, scored once (in a 6-5 win at Union College on 10/18/13) while assisting seven more goals.
Junior (2012-13): Finished fourth on the team in assists with 13 and was eighth in overall scoring... Ranked second on the team in blocked shots with 76... Blocked eight shots during a 4-2 victory over Alaska (11/3)... Notched two assists and was +6 during a 5-1 and 4-2 sweep of Alaska (2/15-16)... Recorded his lone multiple-point game against Michigan (1/18) with one goal and one assist.
Sophomore (2011-12): Continued to help anchor the LSSU defense while being paired with Matt Bruneteau and finished third on the team in blocked shots with 69... Recorded five blocked shots and three assists during the Lakers’ home sweep against Michigan State (10/14-15) and was named Central Collegiate Hockey Association Defenseman of the Week following that series.
Freshman (2010-11): Appeared in all 39 games and recorded his first collegiate point with an assist on Zach Trotman’s goal during a 6-2 Superior Cup loss to Michigan Tech (10/9)... He scored LSSU’s first goal of the game during a come-from-behind 2-2 tie with Alaska (2/11) for his first collegiate goal was his only goal of the season... Finished second on the team in blocked shots with 59.
Prior to LSSU: Finished second on the team in assists and fourth in points after totaling 6-30--36 for the Weyburn Red Wings of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League in 2009-10... Was named SJHL Player of the Month in October 2009... Was previously a teammate of Laker junior defenseman Kyle Haines.
Personal: Son of Preston Perrault... A 2007 graduate of Luther College... Planning to major in Business.
