Freshman (2011-12): Appeared in six regulation games... Recorded an assist during the Lakers’ 4-3 exhibition victory over the U.S. NTDP Under-18 team (2/3).
Prior to LSSU: Compiled 3-25--28 and 165 penalty minutes for the Weyburn Red Wings of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League in 2010-11... Helped lead the Red Wings to a 30-24-4 regular-season record... Wees spent three seasons with Weyburn.
