Prep: Averaged 17.3 points and 9.9 rebounds per game for Wayland High School in 2006-07, but missed 12 games due to an injury... Was a two-time All-OK Conference Gold and Allegan County Class B honoree... Totaled 39 blocked shots and was named Gatorade Rookie of the Year as a sophomore... Was also a four-year letter winner in volleyball...An honor roll student.
