NORMAN, Okla. - Lake Superior State junior Brad Ward was named to the Golf Coaches Association of America All-Great Lakes Region Team following the 2002-03 season.

Ward was ranked ninth in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference with a 74.9 stroke average and tied for sixth in the NCAA Super Regional on May 5-7.

The all-region team also included Lewis' Jason Buffone, Ferris State's Mitch Flemming and Patrick Simmer, Grand Valley's Brad Franz and Kevin Kremer, Bellarmine's Matt Gade, Indianapolis' Brett Hulse, Gannon's Dave Patronik and Findlay's Kyle Weisenburger.
