BATTLE CREEK, Mich. - The Lake Superior State (LSSU) men's golf team competed at the 2025 GLIAC Championships over the weekend.

Chris Ruiz (Monrovia, Calif.) paced the Lakers with a tenth place finish on the individual leader board with a combined total of 145, including completing the opening round one under par. Jackson Theiler (Colorado Springs, Colo.) would then complete the second round with a two-day total of 153 while Daichi Nishisu (Kobe, Japan) was close behind with a combined score of 154 strokes. Charley Stephen (Oshawa, Ont.) and Ashtin Mount (Glendora, Calif.) would then round out the lineup with equal totals of 157.
