Box Score FINDLAY, Ohio - The Lake Superior State men's basketball
team dropped a 73-55 decision to No. 1-ranked Findlay on
Saturday in front 1,432 fans who saw their home team improve to 5-0
overall and 2-0 in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic
Conference.
Micah Hudson came off the bench and made 5-of-6 three-point
attempts to lead the Lakers with 16 points. Kyle Hunt also came off
the bench and followed with eight points, while starting center
Ryan Kuhl had seven.
Josh Bostic and Lee Roberts scored 14 points each to lead four
Findlay players in double figures. They also combined to total 18
rebounds.
Findlay shot 41.4 percent from the field, including 9-of-22
from three-point range, and made 16-of-23 free throws. The
Oilers out-rebounded LSSU 37-36 and forced the Lakers to commit a
season-high 19 turnovers.
LSSU shot 36.4 percent from the field, including 7-of-17 from
three-point range, and made 8-of-9 free throws.
The Lakers (2-4 overall, 0-2 GLIAC) return home to play
host to Finlandia at 6 p.m. Monday.
