HOUGHTON, Mich.-Lake
Superior State men's tennis capped its weekend trip to Houghton
with an 8-1 loss to Michigan Tech Saturday. The loss came after a
6-3 loss to St. Cloud State Friday at Gates Tennis Center. The
Lakers were swept in singles competition by the Huskies but were
able to pick up a doubles win by Francis Nadeau and Grant Link.
The
Lakers fell to 1-6 on the season and begin Great Lakes
Intercollegiate Athletic Conference competition at 0-1.
The
Lakers next travel to Ohio to face GLIAC opponents Malone, Walsh
and Lake Erie February 21-23.
