MIDLAND - Ferris State defeated the Lakers during the fifth place match at the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Women's Tennis Tournament. FSU won 5-0 Sunday over the Lakers. LSSU endes GLIAC tournamen play 13-7 overall and 7-5 GLIAC.

Ferris State (10-5 overall, 8-4 GLIAC) lead the match 3-0 after sweeping LSSU in doubles play. FSU defeated the Lakers at No. 1 singles and No. 5 singles to complete the match.
